How
to make a complaint
If
you think you have been racially discriminated against or the victim of
racial harassment or abuse, you can complain about it.
The Law protects
you by giving you the right to seek justice in an employment tribunal if
your complaint is about work, or a County Court if your complaint is about
a service you received.
People of
every background, race, colour, ethnicity, origin, or nationality are protected
by the Race Relations Act.
